The location in a very relaxing area was strategic and perfectly comfortable and there were little stores and a market nearby. Even the Ngurah Rai International airport was not so far, 20 minutes drive away. I got complimentary suite as an upgrade, nice gesture...

They offered me toast and eggs. I enjoyed the room with ac, the bed was very comfy. It was in a remote location, near bali airport.

Well, the area was average overall.

pondok sari surpassed my expectations. the staff were amazing and made our stay comfortable. the pool and garden were great. booked to come back.

Stayed at a hotel with a great lobby, comfortable breakfast place, tour desk, and outdoor pool. I got a free airport transfer! The location is perfect, close to the beach and restaurants.

We enjoyed the basic breakfast that was offered, especially the toast and fried egg. The hotel's location in a local area made for an authentic experience.

Our room was in poor condition. The ceiling had serious damage, and the air conditioner was broken with a plastic bag hanging from it.

The scenery at night... Near the pool.. The staff there realy friendly n I'm little upset coz.. When I require for spa.. There is none there., And I request if next time I'm there there hv provide spa centre there..

I chose this hotel for attending a vendor expo and I was not disappointed. Both business travelers and tourists can enjoy the hotel's facilities and services. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were comfortable, and the pool area was well-maintained. The location was convenient, close to the airport but away from the busy town.

The only thing I missed for my work was a dedicated business center or meeting room.

The price is very low, and its good for backpacker. The place is hommy. I took the standard room on 513. the hotel near Muslim restaurant, there's a lot of cheap restaurant in Kuta main road. But overall the hotel was great hotel!

There's no rubbish bin, the wardrobe door is broken, no water dispenser and the water smell is not good (I live in room 513)

The room was brand-new & good sized with fridges n large bathrooms🙂

I recently stayed at Pondok Sari in Kuta for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel had a great pool and even a koi pond and turtle pond that the kids loved. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet area but still only a short walk to the main street and the beach. the hotel provided great value for the price and I would highly recommend it.

I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

It was clean with welcoming staff. This was an unbeatable location near to a well kept garden, and accessible.

The district is dirty. Only cash accepted in hotel.
